I am blessed to say my life is truly filled with love and laughter. I have the best family and friends a girl could hope for.. Not to mention a huge support system! I have an older sister (who is now married!)and a younger brother that will begin 6th grade this fall. Thankfully, my grandparents all live in Jonesboro and my aunts are just a few hours (or a phone call) away! Between playing music, dance competitions, ball games and so much more, I think it is safe to say my family takes up one of the biggest places in the audience! I am so lucky to have a family ready to support me for whatever I seem to be doing at the time. They will all be cheering me on at Miss Arkansas this summer as well!
Here is a picture of all of us from Kelsey's wedding day! Between Kelsey's wedding in May, Seth playing baseball in June and going to Miss Arkansas in July the three of us definitely keep my family busy!
I am currently striving to obtain a BSE in Early Childhood Education at Arkansas State University. My junior year is quickly approaching and I could not be more excited to peruse my career as an educator. I love being around children cannot wait to work with their pure hearts and smiling faces on a daily basis. I have a "good friend," Andy, who constantly challenges me to be the best that I can be. I am a member of Alpha Gamma Delta which has opened the door for me to volunteer and become more involved on my campus.
My Field I class was a group of 1st graders at Oak Grove Health and Wellness. They love taking "silly pictures!"
This is just a little about me, but if you can't tell - the Lord's blessings are overflowing in my life. I strive to live a life each day that will best exemplify Christ and the plans He has for me.
